Here are a couple of reasons why the camera may not be working for you:

1. The Camera loses the connection every so often and might not reconnect right away. This reconnection could take anywhere from 1 minute to several hours.

2. You tried connecting to the camera during it's routine maintenance times. These times are usually 30 minutes past the hour and take the live camera capabilities offline for approx. 3 minutes each hour. If trying to connect during this time period the camera will not respond.

3. You are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, which does not support server push. Netscape communicator has supported this technology since version 2.
If your browser does not support server push then you may still take a live snapshot, but in order to view live video you need Netscape. Certain versions of Microsoft IE have been know to work with server push, but which ones I couldn't tell your.
